Green Lea Internet Purchase Return Policy
1. **All Patio Furniture Sales are Final**(Including Umbrellas, Cushions, Throw Pillows, Umbrella Bases)
2. All returned merchandise must be unused and returned in the same new condition in which it was originally received, with all accompanying items & tags, and in its original packaging. Any items returned used, damaged in any way or with missing components will not be refunded.
3. NO refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind after THIRTY (30) days of purchase date.
4. NO returns are accepted on custom, special order items, or closeout merchandise.
5. Because of the seasonality of Holiday merchandise, all Halloween merchandise must be postmarked for return by October 21st, and all Christmas merchandise must be returned by December 15th. (All Artificial Christmas Tree Sales are Final)
6. Items purchased through MyGreenLea.com cannot be returned at our store location. Please follow return authorization process.
7. All returns must be authorized by Green Lea Inc. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.
8. All authorized returns will be fully refunded less shipping and handling charges to and from our store. In the case of free shipping items, actual amount Green Lea paid to ship items to you will be subtracted from the return amount.
9. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at 800-657-6945 or and instructions will be provided to have the item exchanged for the same item. Please hold on to item and it's packaging and take picture of damage.
10. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once product has been shipped out or delivered.

2. On Returnable items
Exchanges & Refunds given within 10 days of purchase with original receipt. (Items must be in new condition, with original packaging & paperwork)
After 10 days Store Credit Only.
After 30 days, ALL SALES FINAL.
